Week Five Eagle Scout Project
Max
This 4 year old Saluki Mix is looking for a quiet home to spend time with his family. He is a 40 lbs Male dog looking for a large backyard to show his zoomies off. Some of his other favorite activities are long walks and taking a peaceful lounge on the floor. He loves puzzle toys and showing off the cool tricks he has learned. Max would love a single family home with a fence to play and protect your home.
Arthur
Arthur is a male hound who loves to learn, socialize, and exercise. Arthur is already neutered and has great leash manners and loves people, not great with little kids but gets along with cats. Arthur loves to work and learn and will come when called. He is energetic and goofy, but he is a little anxious when meeting new people and being in new places but with treats and time he will calm down. He is house and crate trained and loves to go to dog camp once a week. Arthur will try to chase after deer, rabbit, or raccoons if he gets a whiff. He loves to relax with his people on the couch in the evening. Arthur loves long walks, runs, and playing tug of war. If you are athletic and don’t have little kids under 10 years old then this is the dog for you.
Ezra
Ezra is a 32.5 lb and 2 year old Cocker Spaniel and Beagle mix. Ezra is very joyous and loving and loves cuddling with people, eating treats, and taking naps. Ezra has some anxiety and is slow to warm up to people so a patient person who can keep a routine and on-going training would be great for him. He is also best in a one pet home and with an experienced dog owner who can be patient and help with his anxiety.
Supporting an Eagle Scout Project Week 4
Taco Dan
Taco Dan is a male Terrier, American Staffordshire who got this name because he’s as irresistible as a platter of tacos. He is a very smart dog and knows lots of tricks, he loves the outdoors and is good on a leash. Taco loves belly rubs and is very silly and playful, once you have a strong bond with him, he’ll even let you dress him up as an actual taco! He is looking for a quiet adult-only home with easy outside access. Where he’d be the only animal, he will bring you lots of joy once you get to know him. If you have a good feeling about this dog, then you should not hesitate to let this dog fill your life with joy.
Cafe
Cafe is a 7 year old, 35 pound, male, beagle. Cafe is very energetic. While he may be a good dog he does take some time to warm up to strangers, he doesn’t like to share treats or toys with kids, and he would rather be an only dog (he can mostly tolerate other dogs but not cats). He doesn’t beg for food unless it is on the floor. We are offering $500 and training support for you to take Cafe home, so why don’t you take him home? He has been overlooked for a long time.
Luther
Luther is a mix of some unique breeds like ridgeback and coonhound, and has a loving and playful personality! Loves pet-safe ice cream, playtime, and a lot of affection. He has a bit of separation anxiety, but he is perfect for a welcoming and loving home!

Magnolia
Magnolia is a medium-sized 4-year-old mutt that is very affectionate once she gets to know you. Don’t let her initial shyness deceive you, she is very sweet and loves to cuddle once she warms up to you! She plays well with other dogs and knows how to spend time by herself but still loves to play tug of war and go on walks with humans! She is looking for an experienced adopter that can bring her out of her shell.
Snoop Dog
Meet Snoop Dog! He is a 2 year old 58lbs labrador retriever. He loves people and dogs alike, loves to play, and loves butt scratches. Snoop Dog would do best in a home that will help with his separation anxiety and wants someone who will never leave his side.
Jack
Jack is a 3-year-old terrier Chihuahua mix who has a lot of pep, and is a bit scared of strangers. He’s perfect for a 2 person home in a quiet neighborhood. He’s amazing with other dogs, and is perfect for snuggling and comforting another dog in your home. He doesn’t do well with children, but a couple willing to adopt him is just what he needs!
Pack 1863 Supporting a Eagle Scout Project
Gunner is a large 4 year old boxer/hound mix who works best in a home with older kids. He is working on leash training and loves snuggling. He’s goofy and loves road trips. His trauma left him with leash reactivity and separation anxiety. He has chicken and seasonal allergies as well as an unknown allergen and needs to eat more than once a day or he will get an upset tummy.
Josie is a one-year-old boxer with a lot of enthusiasm. She loves to run around and play with anyone over 10, and needs a loving and active home. She may be energetic, but she also loves cuddles and affection. Josie is ready for a fun-filled and loving home!
Thomas is a 3 year old 34lbs foxhound/ mixed breed. Thomas is very intelligent and loves to play. Thomas would do well in a house where he is the only dog, as he gets overwhelmed by little kids. Thomas is ready for his forever home and is waiting for someone to call his own.

Alex’s Animals is an eagle scout project that advertises the various animals held at Homeward Trails Adoption center.
1- Bernard
Bernie is a big love bug and 86 lbs 4 yr old male pyrenees dog that needs constant access outside. He does well around children and chickens but we are unsure on how well he does around cats. A doggy door is recommended and he is very loving.

2 – Waffles
This 2 year old Pitbull, Terrier Mix is looking for a special someone to play with all summer long. Waffles is a 66 lbs Male, loving, and looking for endless cuddles and playtime. He loves spending time outdoors and going for walks. Waffles would do best with a low traffic only adult household. Waffles wouldn’t like to live in an apartment as he will be very nervous when meeting new people or dogs.
3- Della
Della is a medium-sized 3-year-old yellow lab/Hound mix who is energetic and loves being outdoors, making her perfect for runners or hikers. She can be loud so she is better for houses versus an apartment. She is very affectionate and loves to be around other dogs or people. She plays very well with other dogs but as a hound, she has a prey drive so no small animals should be in the home. She is better for older kids and tends to be fearful of men, so positive first impressions are key.
